mdexx develops and manufactures transformers, chokes, filters and power supplies – both catalogue products and in customer-specific designs – as well as axial fans and radial fans for tailor-made ventilation solutions.

1961
Foundation of the “Bremen Plant” by Siemens AG on the site of the former Lloyd motor production plants as an external production facility for Dynamowerk Berlin and Schaltwerk Berlin
1994
Construction of a new production plant for transformers and chokes in Trutnov (CZ)
2006
Construction of a new branch in Tianjin (CN) for the production of transformers, chokes and fans for the Chinese market
2009
Separation from the Siemens Group; independent market entry
2013
Relocation to a new, modern production site for fans in Weyhe (D). Weyhe is the new company headquarters. The production of transformers, chokes, filters and power supplies is concentrated in the branch in Trutnov (CZ).
2018
Foundation of another subsidiary in Zhuzhou (CN) for the production of winding parts for the Chinese market
