Quality Policy
It is the policy of the Company to operate our business in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds the quality standards set by our stakeholders. To achieve this , we are committed to continuous improvement of our operations and services provided by our company.
To achieve this goal, we recognise that the quality of our products and services are determined by our customer’s needs and expectations. Our objectives are to:
- identify the changing needs and expectations of our customers,
- develop and maintain processes and procedures that ensure that these changes are accommodated,
- achieve efficiency in our operations, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer priorities,
- provide quality products and services on time, and at the lowest cost, and
- provide an employment environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
We, as the Company will:
- train all workers and contractors to identify areas where improvement can be achieved,
- remove wasted and non-value added steps and time in our processes where feasible,
- strive to ensure that customer and stakeholder satisfaction is achieved at all times, and in all things,
- support the adoption of appropriate quality systems and management principles in order that all stakeholders benefit from this commitment to quality,
- prevent the emergence and occurrence of failures,
- identify and address all identified safety aspects of the products and services provided by the Company.
Workers are expected to:
- assist and cooperate in ensuring that the policy is followed, and
- actively participate in the adherence of the Company to the achievement of the goals and objectives of this policy,
- ensuring the safety of the end users of our Company's products through strict adherence to quality and technical safety requirements.
Environmental Policy
The Company makes the following commitments both in respect of its own activities and, where appropriate, in its influence over the wider surrounding:
- to reduce our demand for natural resources and to improve efficiency and to increase reliance on greener and renewable energy sources,
- to seek to minimise the waste produced Company's activities, to recycle and to support the implementation of the Zero Waste Strategy,
- to continuously improve the sustainable management of resources reducing the emission of air pollutants and greenhouse gases,
- to prevent environmental harm or pollution incidents by ensuring our working practices comply with all relevant legislation,
- to ensure that all staff are aware of our environmental standards and shared responsibilities and encourage improvement in our supply chains,
- to maintain continuous improvement by reviewing corporate policies and strategies to ensure integration of sustainable development principles and practices.
