1961 Siemens AG established the “Bremer Werk” in Bremer Neustadt, a new plant for the production of transformers, chokes and fans
1994 Construction of a new transformer manufacturing plant in Trutnov, Czech Republic
2004 Founding of mdexx as a company (Magnetronic Devices Excellence)
2009 mdexx became an independent company
2014 The production transfer of transformers, chokes, filters and power supplies is concentrated in Trutnov (CZ)
2022 Restructuring and takeover by Lafayette Mittelstands Capital
