Advanced welding
Welding is one of our key competences.
Around one quarter of our production employees are skilled welders. This gives us broad experience with different materials, welding methods, and product requirements. Our welding operations comply with ISO-EN 3834-2 and ISO-EN 15085-2, including CL1 and CL2. We can provide welding classes up to CP C1 and carry out weld testing in-house.

Surface treatment
From manufactured component to finished product
Around 60% of the products manufactured by Kodara are painted before delivery. Having powder coating and wet painting available in-house helps the company provide a more complete production solution, from raw material through manufacturing and finishing to the finished product.
Our finishing capabilities include:
- In-house powder coating and wet painting
- Anodizing through qualified partners
- Hot-dip galvanizing through partners
- Electrolytic plating through partners
By coordinating manufacturing and finishing within one supply chain, we can reduce interfaces and simplify sourcing for our customers.
Assembly
More than component manufacturing
Our role does not have to end with a welded or painted component.
We also provide assembly and controlled special processes, enabling customers to source more complete products from a single manufacturing partner.
