Injection molding
We have a modern machine park with more than 100 injection molding machines with a clamping force between 25 and 1500 tons. The injection molding machines are operated by picking robots enabling fully automatic production 24 hours a day.
Our specialties include multi-component injection molding and insert molding, where we cast together several components in different materials into one component.
Automatic & manual assembly
For many customers, it is rational to acquire assembled products instead of several components. AQ offers everything from manual assembly to automatic assembly and packing.
Depending on the volume and lead-time in the project, we can offer assembly in Sweden, Bulgaria and China.
AQ also has equipment for ultra-sonic welding.
Marking
We can tampo print, inkjet print or laser engrave directly onto plastic components. This can be done during the injection molding process as a subsequent step or as a separate operation.
